Do you want to create positive change throughout the state of Delaware? On Thursday, June 2nd, join DHA and other Delaware nonprofits as we participate in a gigantic social media campaign to get new donors and have existing donors participate in an online giving campaign to specific groups.

Students read to the animals at DHA
Everyone had a great time when over 60 Pre-Kindergarten students from EastSide Charter School's Early Learning Academy visited DHA yesterday to read to cats and dogs as a part of their 12-week long project on Storytelling.

New public website connects Delawareans to pet services
The Office of Animal Welfare has launched an updated website to connect Delawareans to information about animal control, dog licensing, the first statewide Lost and Found Pet Registry, and other services provided by Delaware Animal Services, the enforcement unit of the OAW. Pet owners can also find educational resources for pet owners, including information on low-cost spay/neuter and veterinary programs, and disaster preparedness information.
