Make a Donation to DHA
For over 50 years, the Delaware Humane Association
has operated as a non-federally funded, private nonprofit organization serving a four-state area.
While in DHA’s care more than
two thousand cats and dogs every year receive food, shelter, medical care, and
lots of love and attention during their stay. DHA is a no kill shelter that does not euthanize animals to make room
for others.
DHA also supports animals and their guardians in our community by offering affordable spay/neuter services, low cost vaccinations and microchipping, monthly Vaccination Clinics, and maintaining a pet food pantry for those in need.
DHA's programs are funded with support of the community in the form of
private donations, fees-for-service, grants, and fundraising events. Please donate today and help us continue to provide quality services and fulfill our mission.
