2015 DHA Event Sponsorship
Support DHA while promoting your business—become an event sponsor or vendor!
DHA is proud to be the premiere no kill animal care and adoption center in Delaware, serving more than 5,000 companion animals each year through adoptions, low cost vaccination clinics, and spay/neuter services. We rely on the support of individuals, foundations, small businesses and corporations to fulfill our mission and continue providing the necessary food, shelter, and medical treatment for all of our homeless four-legged friends.
One way companies can help us is by becoming an event sponsor, in-kind donor, media sponsor, prize donor or vendor for our primary fundraisers. Delaware Humane Association events are great opportunities for a business to show its support for our mission and gain considerable exposure. Becoming a DHA event supporter means you or your organization can show your commitment for animal
welfare to thousands of individuals throughout Delaware and neighboring
states who support our events.
Sponsor and Vendor Opportunities
DHA currently runs three primary annual fundraising events: the Muttini Mixer, a dog-friendly cocktail party in March; the Rubber Duck Race in September, during which thousands of rubber ducks will float down the Christina River to earn several lucky “adopters” wonderful prizes, and has exclusive rights within a 45 mile radius; and Tails Around the Tower in October, a one-mile fun Walk for the Animals for dogs and their people.
