Playtime at DHA

Meet and mingle with other animal lovers who support Delaware Humane Association at Playtime at DHA, a series of "doggy happy hours" hosted by and taking place at DHA. Playtime at DHA takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from May through September, and one last fling in early October, weather permitting. Bring your dogs on a leash, but the fun begins as they run freely with other dogs in a fenced pasture. Come join in the fun, and visit some of DHA's adoptable cats and dogs while you're here!

Upcoming Playtime at DHA Events

Unfortunately, we will not be hosting our monthly Playtime at DHA events in 2013.

As you may recall, we had to cancel several of them last year due to heat and anticipate this could likely happen again. In addition, we will begin construction on our new shelter in June and can’t be certain how this will affect accessibility to or use of our grounds.

Playtime at DHA has always been a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to get to know many of our adopters and supporters and their dogs better, and we hope to resume these events in the future!
