Why Helping Hands Club?

During the spring and summer months many orphaned or abandoned puppies and kittens are brought to the shelter. Due to their age and environmental conditions, many of these young animals are in need of special medical care to help them to become healthy and adoptable.

Attention: HELPING HANDS CLUB
The Delaware Humane Association
701 A Street
Wilmington, DE 19801

Your name will be put on an emergency call list. Supporters will not be called more than twice a year, unless requested by the donor. When a medial emergency arises you would be contacted by a DHA board member or volunteer. The caller would explain the animal that is in need of your help and the specific emergency. If you are able to assist us at this time we would request you to submit your support within a week. Please help us so that we never have to say no to the needs of these animals simply because the funds are not available.

Thank you for becoming a member of the HELPING HANDS CLUB and giving the homeless animals in Delaware the second chance they deserve.
